About the studio

A tiny studio making AI short videos, apps and web games.

Xaplore LLC is an independent studio based in North Carolina. We make three kinds of things: AI short videos that tell a story in a minute, small apps that make everyday life a little easier, and web games that make the minutes in between a little more fun.

Our apps and games come from the same frustration. The ones we reached for kept getting heavier: more sign-ups, more notifications, more ads, more data leaving our devices. So we build the opposite. Software that does one thing well, is quick to learn, and respects your privacy. No venture capital and no growth hacks, just careful work, real support, and policies written in plain English.

On the video side, our AI-made series 硅谷码农那些事儿 runs on Douyin, Xiaohongshu and WeChat Channels, with more than 100 episodes so far. On the app side there are 21 apps. Eighteen of them make up our free, bilingual toolkit for Chinese in the US (美国华人工具箱): green card bulletin dates and family petitions, H-1B odds, salaries and sponsors, USCIS case and citizenship timelines, the civics and DMV tests in Chinese, layoff notices, job offers, health plans, taxes, sending money home, trips back to China and a newborn checklist. Each tool links to the official sources behind its rules, and most have a plain-English guide on our blog. The other three are Passport Photo Checker, Roast My Move and Buddy Duo Walkie-Talkie, push-to-talk for the whole family on iPhone and iPad. On the game side, there are twelve free browser games so far, from a poker roguelike about shipping software, a daily US map guessing game and a rule-guessing puzzle and a rewind story to a dungeon-crawling action RPG, a 3D drive through the real streets of twelve American cities, a tactical shooter and a mahjong table (casual or Guobiao), those last three playable online with friends, plus a 300-level mahjong-tile matching journey. More of all three are on the way.

We also take on client work in three areas: AI short videos, apps and web games. If you have something in mind, get in touch.

"Fewer features, done well, so you can get back to the people and the moments that matter."The rule every Xaplore app and game has to pass

What we promise

01

No ads, ever

No banner ads, no pop-ups, no ad networks in our apps, tools or games.

02

Anonymous counts, no tracking

No analytics SDKs, no advertising IDs, no profiling, no data brokers. Our apps and games count visits and plays anonymously, as daily totals with no cookies or identifiers.

03

Your data stays on your device

Tool answers, saved cases and game saves live in your own browser, and Buddy Duo voice goes straight between your devices. Where a server is needed, we keep only what it needs: bulletin email alerts store the address you confirm, and our privacy policy spells out the rest.

04

No sign-up hoops

No accounts unless they are truly needed. Tools and games open straight away. Roast My Move, where people post and vote, needs sign-in; USCIS Case Tracker and Ember Abyss work without one and offer optional sign-in, for case alerts and for cloud saves that follow you across devices. Email alerts are optional too.

05

Official sources, not advice

Every rule and number in our tools links to the official source behind it, such as USCIS, the State Department, the IRS or the Department of Labor. Our tools are information, not legal, tax or financial advice.

06

Human support

No ticket bots. A person who built it reads and answers your email.
